Walter Daniel is a responsive, skilled East Bay real estate agent in Walnut Creek. He is based in beautiful and growing Walnut Creek, where he serves clients in a dedicated, responsive and attentive manner.
Walter grew up in the real estate business helping his father remodel properties at the age of 10. Walter has personally owned over 20 properties in California, Texas, Hawaii, Maryland, and Georgia. He is a member of TeamFast Brokered by EXP. They are the fastest-growing real estate team in Northern California.
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard for as a Chief Financial Officer for the Hawaii region and was charged with managing over $90 million in funding. Walter is an affiliated home consultant as part of the Homes for Heroes Foundation. He went through many interviews to get the honor to be an affiliate for Homes for Heroes.
Walter graduated from Hampton University with a Business Management Degree and he obtained a Masters in Business Administration with Honors from Hawaii Pacific University. In 2016, he was awarded the Hampton University Forty Under 40 Award.
Walter is an avid supporter of service members and veteran rights. His advocacy to expand the legal rights of his former military colleagues has been featured on the NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, The Seattle Times, the Associated Press, Huffington Post, and ABC News.
Walter has taught numerous sessions at Financial Peace University. Through this comprehensive training, he helped service members purchase homes, invest in becoming debt-free, save for retirement, and save towards their children's college education.
